Our family van experienced a flat tire about 10 miles from Mt. Vernon, MO. While waiting over 40 minutes for a response from our insurance companies roadside assistance, we googled service centers and chose Stop-N-Shop. What a blessing! Doug, the owner, was so kind, quick and efficient. He located our spare and changed the tire in record time. He then took us to Stop-N-Shop conveniently located right off the exit and we were able to get a new tire and replace the spare in 15 minutes! We were very fortunate to have the services of Doug and Stop-N-Shop! Highly recommend!

After breaking down on oir way home from Ohip to Calif9rnia with our 16ft trailer filled with heavy industrial architectural salvage and a 26ft Uhaul on the side of the 44 hwy Doug & Harry saved us!! Thanks to Sheriff James who stopped and referred us to Shop & Stop. My Husband & I waited on the side of the road for another tow whose name I won't mention but shows up at the top of your search. They gave us the run around for 4 hours!! In the rain and traffic!! Doug and Harry arrived and started helping My Husband move some things to another flat bed so the trailer can be hauled on Dougs flat bed and be able to go under the bridge. Doug than came back picked up the remainder of the load .we had to come back to California and Doug let us rent a space at his lot until we come back. You're definitely Men of your word & life saver Guys!! Thank you sooo much
